The move reflects a growing tension at the frontier of crypto and AI: as AI agents increasingly execute transactions, sign contracts, and manage digital assets without direct human intervention, the existing frameworks for resolving disputes — built around human counterparties and traditional legal systems — are poorly equipped to adjudicate conflicts that arise at machine speed and scale.
